Ramada Tenn Ekamai

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, but Ball’s service is what made this a five-star stay for me. He was warm and professional, paid attention to details, and was always quick to help with a smile, including with local recommendations and getting my room right. It’s rare to find that mix of kindness and efficiency. Ball made my trip memorable, and I’d happily recommend the Ramada to anyone visiting Thailand. I’ll return knowing he and the other staff are there to welcome me.

I’ve been in Thailand for around a month, and the care at this Ramada location really warmed my heart. The front desk staff were excellent from the moment I arrived. One woman even met me at the door and helped with my luggage, then kept exceeding expectations through checkout. When I was heading to another city for a birthday excursion, I asked if they could store my bags for about two days. She agreed, which took a lot of pressure off me. They helped carry my bags to my room and back to the front desk when I checked out. Breakfast was excellent, with great service, and the shuttle took me to get fruit at night when I was hungry after a day out. I’ll remember the warmth here and will book this location again. I’ll also point people I know who are visiting Bangkok toward it. Keep up the lovely service.

We were very happy with everything. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and really nice, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. Breakfast each morning was a nice continental spread. There’s a good gym and a rooftop swimming pool. The large entertainment area was being refitted while we were there. Thank you.

We had two children with us, and the staff treated our family so warmly, even playing with the kids. One young staff member held our son, and he adored him. Our parents were very proud to have stayed here too. We’re grateful for all the care and attention, and we promise to come back and recommend the hotel for its attentive service. Thank you so much!
