Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok

Rain at the concierge desk deserves a special thank you. Rain was professional and so helpful, whether handling our bags, arranging transport, or sharing local tips, always with a warm smile. The whole team helped make the trip memorable, and that kind of service is why I'd choose this hotel again. The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Bangkok. The location was ideal too, in a quiet spot but still close to the heart of Sukhumvit. Thank you, Rain, and the whole team for a fantastic stay.

This was my second stay at Rembrandt hotel. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Faeie printed some documents I needed and made check-in quick and easy. The breakfast buffet had an excellent range, and the pool was a good size with a quiet spot to relax.

I spent four nights at the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok and had a mixed experience. The biggest issues were the washroom and breakfast. There was no jet shower, which was a major letdown for me as an Indian guest. The American Standard toilet was uncomfortable, and when we asked for a jet shower, the receptionist simply said no. If this matters to you, consider another hotel or bring a bidet. Breakfast choices were limited, and the dining area was so crowded it was hard to find a table. There were good points too. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the reception lobby's design blends heritage and elegance beautifully. Our cozy room on the 15th floor had a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. I'd say the hotel has its charm and is a decent choice if you can manage without a jet shower. For fellow Indian guests, be aware of that washroom limitation. My rating is 3/5, and would be higher if not for the washroom and breakfast.

We got into the room before noon, and Leih at the front desk was especially polite and kind. After an early morning arrival in Bangkok, we were tired, so I asked if an early check-in might be possible. The morning front desk staff kindly said they'd try their best to arrange it. The room was clean and very comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay. We'd definitely love to come back.
