The room was clean and nice, and the air-conditioning cooled it down really fast. It stayed on when I left the room, and they brought fresh towels every day. One downside was the shower, which smelled like sewage to me when I first got there. If you can’t find the place, it’s in an alleyway.

The whole place was a total mess: dirty rooms, bathroom and linens. I usually book simple places, but there’s a difference between simple and abandoned. Don’t give money to the owner, who won’t be there. Spend it somewhere the people actually care about their business. We asked whether a late check-out was possible, even though the room would be empty, and they wouldn’t give us any flexibility, not even half an hour. Total rip off. This was the worst place we stayed during our 3 month trip to thailand. Do not stay here!

The location is strategic, close to a BTS station, but we had a bad experience. We’d booked two rooms, then arrived at 10pm and were told it was full. We were tired and had to move to another hotel.

The place seems brand new, and the concept is nice. It’s budget-friendly, with a small pool, and close to a BTS station, minimarket and food stalls.

The electricity went out, so they moved me to a different room, but it was cheaper. I asked them to refund the difference in room price and they refused. In that respect, I think the service is very bad.
