The rates and location are reasonable, but this felt like someone renting out rooms rather than a hotel. Getting inside was a hassle, and support through messenger was very slow and unhelpful. The room WiFi didn't work because its access point was broken. I could only pick up the signal after stepping into the hallway. I probably wouldn't recommend staying here.

We couldn't use any of the three nights we booked, since we ended up moving to another hotel. There was no water when we arrived, and despite being told it would be fixed in 2-3 hours, then another two, it still hadn't come back by 2:00 a.m. We had an important appointment early the next morning and needed water to get ready, so the situation was unacceptable. We're asking for a full refund because of the disruption. Please process it as soon as possible. This was the worst hotel experience we've had.

The key they gave me wouldn't open the door, so I'm stuck outside waiting for the staff on Line to sort it out. They take a long time to reply. Check-in itself was a pain: fill out a paper form by hand, send pictures of that and your ID to their Line account, wait for a room number, then collect the key from a locker. Worst check-in I've had.

Near Sukhumvit 36 / Naphasap Lane 4 & 5, round-the-clock factories operate in the residential area. There's shouting, loud music, and aggressive stray dogs at all hours. With public order having changed between 2024 and 2025, I'd suggest looking for a place to stay in another area.
