S heaven

I booked after the Dream concert date was announced because I liked the room video from the admin. After transferring the money, I got a receipt saying building B, but at the scheduled 2 PM check-in the owner told me to stay in building A. She seemed busy with other guests, so I didn’t ask why. The room was reasonably clean, but it didn’t match the video or the building I’d been assigned. The bathroom shown had separate wet and dry areas, while mine didn’t, so everything got wet when I showered. There was a refrigerator but no TV, only a small table and chair. The shared kitchen was dark, scary and unusable. It rained on Saturday and the street flooded, so we had to walk through the water. That may be normal for the area because of ongoing construction. I’d booked two nights, but no bottled water or hotel amenities were replenished. At least they could have knocked on the door to let me in.
