The staff member who showed me the room was polite and gave good advice. The owner, who answered the phone, was very rude and acted like she was too busy to answer my questions when I asked to see the room. The deposit is too expensive. I forgot to mention, the owner said I couldn’t stay if I had a car.

I haven’t stayed here, I only called to ask about accommodation. The person who answered was very rude and wouldn’t even give their name when I asked. This was at 13:34 on April 29, 2016. Don’t I have the right to ask for information? If you’re not ready to give information, you shouldn’t answer the phone. They should train their new staff.

It’s clean, and the caretaker is very friendly. The key card system feels safe. There’s no elevator, though.
