Sam Sen See Hostel

We loved our stay here. The service was great and they provided everything we needed. We got a warm welcome and found the bed decorated cutely. The rooms were super clean, and at night you can watch movies in the pool or from your balcony. Khaosan Road is within walking distance.

The pool has a big screen for blockbuster movies every evening at 7 p.m. I’d never seen that before and loved it. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and well organized, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. I’d happily come back 😍

The suite was spacious and clean for our five-night stay as a couple in September 2025. Breakfast was good, and they made us a gluten-free dish for our allergy. The restaurant was clean, though we did find ants on the table one day, so food hygiene could be better. The pool and street seating were nice places to unwind, and everyday needs were within walking distance. Given the humid weather, complimentary soft drinks would have been welcome. The polite, respectful staff made the stay pleasant.

We liked how peaceful the area felt after busy days out. The street is quieter than other parts of Bangkok, and Khao San Road is close by, with lots of Thai restaurants around the corner. Our room was clean and cozy, and the staff were lovely and willing to help with anything. Breakfast was okay, with enough to get the day started.
