Everything inside feels quite new, and the hotel has nice, big floor to ceiling windows. The bed is firm, which some people will like and others won’t. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with friendly service, and I could see myself being comfortable here for a month. They have a monthly rate.

The staff were helpful, and the room was really spacious with a good fridge for stocking up. It’s a short walk to the train station, DIY laundry, and 7-11. Fashion Island and the promenade are a short taxi or train ride away.

I moved in on a monthly rental and found about three to four dozen roaches on my first night. They were crawling everywhere, including on the bed, in the cabinets, and on the table. After I complained to management, my only option was to move out. I didn’t have time to find somewhere else, so I had to stay. For the next 2-3 weeks there were roaches in my room every day, and I used three cans of bug spray. The rooms themselves aren’t bad, but the roaches are definitely a problem and management doesn’t care. Don’t stay here if you can’t tolerate a place infested with roaches.
