Serena Sathorn Suites

We had a great three-night stay. The apartment had everything, and the security guards were sweet. There’s food downstairs, including matcha latte. Perfect.

We found everything we needed in the spacious, comfortable room, and it was spotless. Serena Sathorn Suites is also well placed for street food and shopping centers, with transport easy to find for getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the host went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I had a fantastic stay, would happily return, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. Thanks so much for the warm hospitality!

The main drawback is that there isn’t parking. Otherwise, it’s great value. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms have enough hooks, and there are plenty of towels. The beds are comfortable, including the pull-out couch bed. The cable TV service is nice too. It’s convenient for the sky train, restaurants and cafes, and the Seven Eleven next door.

We stayed from 31/5/18 - 3/6/18, and the apartment was nicely decorated and clean. There were welcome drinks in the fridge, including beers. A little market is just to the right of the suite, with a local foodcourt inside; the food was very nice, and fruit stalls line the road. The BTS station is very close, which made getting around much more convenient. When there was a power failure, the owner responded quickly and things were back to normal within minutes. I’d stay here again on another visit to Bangkok. Fully recommended.
