After a 12 hour flight, we got to the address we were given, but the hotel wasn't there anymore. We spent ages walking back and forth along the road and asking locals before figuring that out. We had booked through love holidays, and were left stressed and disappointed, wondering where to go next.

I booked through agoda, but when I got to the lobby the hotel wasn't operating there anymore. It had changed! Don't keep your hotel listed in the app if it's no longer open.

I landed in Bangkok at 2 AM on the last flight and planned to get some rest, but ended up wandering around trying to find the hotel. The building has been replaced by another hotel, and this one is closed. What a mess 😭 Please stop letting people book it.
