The hotel staff went out of their way to return the Louis Vuitton sunglasses I’d left in the safe. The cleaning staff and receptionist deserve a big thank you. I don’t think I’d have got them back at many hotels, and their honesty is why I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok. My room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was great. The water pressure could have been stronger to fill the bath, but the shower made up for it. The hotel is also conveniently located within a short walk of the private hospital, Emquartier, and all the restaurants around Sukhimvit that you could need.

The room had what we needed, from soap and coffee to two bottles of water each day, and the bed was really comfortable. Shops and the BTS are close by, and the staff were lovely. The gym was the letdown: it opens late, at 10am, has very little equipment, and what’s there is old. There’s also a cute cafe called the UnFashionable Cafe with good food. For the price, this apartment hotel is worth it.

Pum was so helpful from the moment I checked in, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The BTS is about a seven-minute walk away, with a 7 11 and cafe amazon nearby. I had a great trip. The room could use a few small updates, though nothing specific stood out as a major issue.

The location made getting around Bangkok easy. Sereine is tucked down a street, so it feels peaceful, and Phrom Pong BTS is just a short walk away. The staff were relaxed and friendly, and they helped us sort out parking when we had trouble with our vehicle. Our studio had slippers, free water, connected single beds, a wardrobe, a balcony with no view but a pleasant feel, a roomy bathroom, bath and face towels, a large single sofa, a dining table, and a kettle with instant coffee. The room had a few flaws and small bits of damage, but none bothered us. Better lighting would have been nice. It felt like a well-made, locally owned place, and we’d come back 😊
