The bathrooms and toilets were a long way from the room, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially at night. I also slipped on the very steep, slippery stairs and scraped my whole arm. That’s a serious safety hazard and could have caused a much worse injury. There were bugs in the room, which was unacceptable and left me worried about cleanliness and hygiene. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable here, and wouldn’t recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying here and would come back one day. It’s in a good location in BKK, with a 7Eleven just across the street. The place sits by the road, but all the vegetation makes it feel like a little oasis. I could spend all day in the restaurant/cafe area with their delicious passion fruit smoothie, and I really liked the iced coffees too. The staff were friendly and hospitable, and easy to communicate with. Our room was small, clean, and nice. The one downside was no aircon. It got too hot at night with only a fan, so next time we’ll book a room with aircon. Thanks for the stay. 🙏

The people working here were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Their coffee shop also serves some of the best espresso beans I’ve tasted so far in Bangkok. The espresso machine pulls rich, flavorful shots that are perfect for lattes. I highly recommend stopping in for a drink!

It’s decent value for money, and the facilities work, though they’re a bit far from the rooms. The place is average overall. The staff weren’t friendly, the mattress wasn’t great, and there are no communal areas.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the place is well connected. It’s a small, beautiful, clean place to stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality. They serve delicious authentic food and coffee.
