Baan Sathorn River and Pool view

I felt safe here, thanks in part to the thorough security. Visitors have to leave a document, and the apartment owner is informed, which I appreciated for my family. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has plenty of venues. I spent a month in this excellent building, right by the river in a central spot, near the Peninsula hotel and a five-minute walk from the Icon Siam shopping complex. It has a resort-like feel, with a real half-Olympic pool overlooking the river, several Jacuzzi areas, and shaded places to relax. The gym is spread across five different areas, with all kinds of machines and even a ping-pong table. For me, it’s the best place to live in Bangkok.

The condos are thoughtfully laid out and very stylish, and I found the area safe and lively. Living here was an amazing experience. The pool and gym are beautiful, and the water doesn’t smell of chlorine, so swimming with the river view is pleasant.

I used to live at Baan Sathorn and loved it. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and most rooms have a lovely river view. I live in another building nearby now, but still visit friends who live there.

It was lovely to visit Baan Sathorn Chaophraya again this past month and find it in the same fantastic condition as before the COVID pandemic. My family and I came every winter for 13 years, from 2008 to 2020, and we still treasure those memories. The residents became our community, the security staff made us feel safe and welcome, and the local shops and restaurants welcomed us back each year. It’s a truly special place. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Bangkok, and you might find yourself among the people who return to Baan Sathorn Chaophraya year after year 🥰👍🎉
