The manager was told about the problems, but doesn't seem to make any effort to fix them. The pool stays murky and smells bad; I saw birds bathing and pooping in it. I swam once and ended up with itchy, rashy arms and legs. The shower water is dirty too. After just five minutes, the filter I put in had already turned brown and gritty. This place is awful.

My six months here were disappointing, especially for this price. I could have found a better condo. Getting around is awkward if you don't drive since there's no subway or elevated train nearby, yet parking is so limited that cars have to double park and risk getting damaged. Even convenience stores across the main road take 20-30 minutes to reach on foot in practice. The building itself feels far from luxurious or well designed. The elevator is dim and slow, like it's been in use for 20 years, and the gym is tiny, with old, poorly maintained equipment. More than half the treadmills and exercise bikes were out of order. Security also left me uneasy: the guards, especially the older ones, seemed to lack judgment and didn't feel able to help. The juristic person's service was the worst I've had among condo brands I've stayed at. They spoke poorly to residents, barely helped with problems, and were unresponsive in chat. It felt like living in a cheap condo, not one worthy of Siamese.

The pool is constantly filthy and the entrance smells awful 💩. I changed the water filter, but the water was dirty again in ten minutes. Parking spaces are tiny too.

I only stopped by to visit friends who live here. The rooms looked quite nice, and there's a pleasant fitness room. From what I know, the staff are really friendly and the price seems good for this area.

It's an older place, though the area is good and the rooms are spacious. The walls let through sound, and when repairs are needed, everyone involved seems to pass the blame around. Staff weren't pleasant, apart from the housekeeper. Be careful with the agents. They talk down to you, answer back with a lot of negativity, and seem focused on money. Their manner doesn't suit a service job, and getting help was difficult in every situation.
