The staff were warm and welcoming, which was a bright spot in an otherwise really disappointing stay. I’d stayed at a Somerset hotel before and liked it, so this was a surprise, especially at 5,xxx per night. The bed had wheels and kept rolling whenever my partner shifted, got up for the bathroom, or changed position at night. The windows did little to block the traffic, and you could hear the road day and night. Even with every bathroom door shut, the street noise came through loudly. I attached two videos filmed there in the morning. We told the hotel about the noise. They offered a studio on a higher floor, though we’d booked a room with a kitchen, saying they were fully booked. We checked it out, but it was just as loud as our room. Between that and the restless sleep, the stay fell far short of what I expected from a hotel with such a good name.

The apartment-style room made the stay really comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helped us a lot. There’s plenty to do nearby, with loads of great restaurants and fun bars close by. The pool on level 9 was clean and spacious, and the gym was fantastic. I’d highly recommend it.

Thonglor has lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, and it’s a very Japanese neighborhood. BTS Thonglor is about a 10-minute walk away. We stayed five days over New Year’s Eve. Our apartment worked well since we both needed to work. It had a separate bedroom and desk, plus a living room, small kitchen, and balcony. The furnishings were new and high quality. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There’s a fitness room and saunas, too. The pool on the ninth floor is fairly large, though there aren’t enough loungers. Breakfast didn’t impress us. Still, I’d recommend the place.

Having a washing machine and laundry powder in the room was especially handy, and the place really felt like a home away from home. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I loved the view, especially at breakfast by the pool. There were lots of good food choices nearby, and Thong Lo BTS is very close, which made getting around Bangkok easy. Definitely worth a stay, and I’d recommend it.

We had a great time here. Everything was clean and worked properly, and the service was very good. The area has everything you might need, including a mall across the road with a good range of food. The train station is about a 10-minute walk. Breakfast didn’t quite satisfy us, and the gym is on the small side with barely any equipment to use.
