The manager was responsible and helpful, and for the price I thought the hotel was good value. The towels and bedding are a little old, though, so if cleanliness is important to you, bring your own towel or even a sleeping bag. There are local food stalls, night markets, and several 7-Elevens nearby. It’s away from the main tourist areas but close to the pier, where the Yellow Flag and Orange Flag boats make getting around easy and cheap. Still a place I’d recommend.

I’d stay here again. The price is good, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a kettle and cups in the room. It’s set back from the bigger roads, so it’s quiet at night. The hotel stays locked, and you get in with your hotel card, which felt secure. The receptionist was lovely, friendly, and helpful, and made our stay comfortable. The guys working there seemed much more interested in scrolling on their phones than helping guests. The shower was the main problem. Its holder was broken, so I had to hold it the whole time, and in our nine nights we only got a warm shower three or four times. There were ants too, so don’t leave sweets or open fruit in the room.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and even though we arrived late at night, checking in was no problem. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. It’s on a quiet part of the street, near local street food and about 100 m from 7 eleven.

I stayed for almost a week and really liked how friendly and helpful they were. Paying by card didn’t add any extra percentage, which was another nice thing. At first the location was a little confusing, so head toward the Amazon cafe road. Their website phone number sometimes doesn’t work, so if you can’t reach them on that number, try this one. From here, the fare by Grab or bus to Siam Center, Chatuchak Market, or Khaosan Road is almost the same.
