Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit by IHG

The staff made this stay for me. Everyone, from the front desk to breakfast and housekeeping, did their best to make things go well. Special thanks to Benz. The suite had loads of room, with a sliding wall to separate the sleeping area from the sofa and dining space, plus a small kitchen and an in-room washer-dryer. The bathtub had a great view, too. There’s a handy shuttle to Emporium and Sukhumwit road, which saved us some long walks in the heat. I’ve visited Bangkok a few times and have a feeling I’ll be back here.

The front desk team were wonderfully kind when we accidentally left our phone in a taxi during our stay on February 18, 2026. A gentleman and two ladies helped us reach the driver and arrange for the phone to be returned. They stayed calm and professional, and even kept an eye on our child while we dealt with everything. We got the phone back safely, and we’re so grateful for their care and hospitality. The suite was comfortable and roomy, the atmosphere welcoming, and the onsen was a relaxing highlight. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Benz was especially helpful, carrying our luggage all the way to our Grab. His kindness and attentiveness really stayed with us. The room was roomy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean throughout our stay, and we enjoyed unwinding at the onsen and gym after long days. The hotel is a short walk from the BTS, but its complimentary shuttle makes getting around easy and takes the hassle out of travel.

Benz made checkout smooth and was kind and efficient at the front desk. The rest of the staff were warm and helpful, too, and made us feel at home. We also found the complimentary breakfast solid. The location worked well for us, near Phrom Phong BTS, EmQuartier, Emporium, and EmSphere. After busy days in Bangkok’s heat, the Japanese-style onsen was a real treat, with hot and cold tubs and a sauna. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a kitchenette that would suit a longer stay. This is a brand-new property, and it felt fresh, modern, and spotless throughout. We’ll happily return next time we’re in Bangkok. 10/10, thanks, Staybridge team!
