The smell outside was awful, like garbage, and the room wasn’t clean either. The sheets were dusty, and the bathtub was extremely dirty. Marijuana use was allowed openly around the area, which made the surroundings feel unpleasant and unsafe. I wouldn’t suggest this place for anyone with asthma or sensitive to strong smells. The English-speaking person at reception, who may have been the manager, was rude and unhelpful. They advertised a sauna, karaoke, and other amenities, but none were available, which felt misleading. This was a very bad stay, and I’d recommend finding another hotel.

There are 7eleven shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and plenty of local food stalls around the hotel, so it’s easy to try food outside. The hotel also serves delicious local dishes. It’s a little far from the city center, but the location is quiet and away from city noise. The place was clean, with a pool and space to relax, and they also have a conference or meeting room. The waiters and service were very friendly. I’d suggest staying here if you want a calm spot away from the bustle.

I made my reservation through AGODA, but a problem with their system gave me the wrong booking time. The hotel still refused to let me cancel. This place is awful, just a money-grabbing scam.

The price is fair, and the swimming pool has a good view. I like hanging out and relaxing at this hotel. To me, it’s a good place to chill.

The reception attitude was awful. My daughter and husband weren’t allowed to wait in my room for even three hours before we went to the airport, because apparently only two people could be in the room. I also had to pay a 300 BHT key deposit. I’ve never had a worse welcome.
