For 500 baht, we felt this was a great choice. We stayed January 8 to 10, 2025, and had a peaceful stay with no road noise. The room was very clean, the AC worked perfectly and showed the temperature clearly, and the hot water heater did a great job. The mini-fridge was spotless, and the large-screen TV had a wonderful range of channels. We also liked having a comfortable two-seater sofa and a dining table. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the price made it good value, and we had a very pleasant experience.

The room quality was top-notch for this price range, and I’d definitely come back. It’s a bit far from town, but I thought it was phenomenal value. Rooms are on the 6th floor, with an elevator available, and check-in was standard. They require a 500 thb key deposit. Checkout was less smooth: the front desk lady wasn’t keen on letting me leave one small bag to collect later, though most hotels I’ve used have allowed that. She did let me leave it near the front of the hotel in a public-facing area. Luckily, it wasn’t stolen.

This was my worst hotel experience in Thailand. The receptionist was a bad person, unusually mean for Thailand, and dealing with them was a nightmare. The hotel itself was awful too. The rooms smelled bad, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Nothing was right. If this review helps even one person avoid the place, I’ll be glad.

The reception staff were excellent, patient, polite, and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them. They require a 500 baht deposit for the key, and you can get a second key for another 200 baht deposit. That second key doesn’t include the card for the main door or for activating the room electricity. The cleaners were quiet, polite, and professional, with room service daily around 1pm. It’s a budget hotel just off Lat Phrao Road, so there’s no road noise. The building has seven floors, with hotel rooms on the 6th and long-term residents on the others. The rooms could use some improvement: the doors are badly fitted, with big gaps letting in lots of light and sound. Room 606 smelled terrible, possibly because of a plumbing issue, while room 611 was much better. Deluxe rooms have a desk and chair.
