It’s on a quiet street, and the price is good. The rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. There’s no elevator. I couldn’t tell whether there was a reception, since the security guard outside handled check-in, checked my passport, handed me the key, and walked me to my room. The room has a small balcony with a washing sink and drying rack, plus a dining table/work desk and two chairs. There’s also a fridge, microwave, kettle, and TV. The washroom was clean and had hot water. Wi-Fi was decent, though it dropped a few times and came back within a minute each time. There’s a 7/11 and Lotus grab and go about two minutes away, and May Veggie restaurant is a five-minute walk. A THB 500 cash deposit is required.

The manager was so kind and helpful, and gave me tips on things to do nearby. The security staff were sweet too. I had a great stay in this quiet residential part of Bangkok, with no noise and plenty of local food and cafes around. The metro station is close as well. I’d highly recommend it, especially if you travel and work remotely.

For the price, it was a good stay. The neighborhood has decent food options and several 7/11s within about a three-minute walk, and the location is decent, though it’s far from the BTS. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean. We had a microwave, fridge, and dishes. It was quiet most of the time, but sound carries, so noisy neighbors can make it hard to sleep. We were only unlucky with that once. Nearby food we liked: Kub Gram Lao has tasty dishes and English options. Burger Boyz & waffle house does tasty beef burgers for a good price, about 150 THB with fries or onion rings. ChampenCoffee roasters is a nice coffee shop with tasty homemade bagels at 50 THB each. There were some downsides: no elevator or lobby/reception, just a security guard, and the Wi-Fi was very bad at 25 Mbps with constant connection problems. The blanket was very old and had holes, and the dishes and cutlery were dirty, with food on the utensils.

There are supermarkets and a small market nearby, and it’s about a ten-minute walk to the subway. I enjoyed staying in these apartments. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony and all the basics for everyday living, including a microwave, kettle, refrigerators, and furniture.
