The shuttle to BTS runs all day, which is really handy, and the place feels genuinely welcoming to people with pets. It's quiet and comfortable, with facilities kept in good shape. The management team is professional, friendly, and helpful, while the attentive security guards help residents feel safe.

They seem to welcome pets, and I love dogs, but my neighbor doesn't look after theirs. The poor dog barks its head off all day, and Admin/Juristic doesn't do anything about it. If peace and quiet matter to you, don't move there.

The apartments are large and cost a very fair price. There's a lovely pool, a small park, plenty of facilities and shops, and a free shuttle van makes it convenient to get to BTS. A great condo for families with kids.

They run a shuttle bus to BTS every 15 minutes in the morning, and it's included in the rent. This is a pet-friendly condominium and service apartment where you can keep small pets. The rooms are spacious and moderately priced. The staff provide good service, and management is understanding and helps tenants through difficult times.

Roosters nearby start crowing around 4 a.m., and it's extremely loud. The building's windows don't block the sound, so it's hard to sleep. Neighbors have complained for quite a while, but nothing seems to be done. It's a serious downside future residents should know about. I've lived at Waterford 50 for four years, and I've liked it here. The common areas are clean, the amenities are nice, and the location is convenient. It's a shame this noise has become so hard to ignore, because otherwise it could be an ideal place to live.
