Avoid this place. The hotel was filthy and smelled awful, the sheets had stains I don't even want to think about, and staff made noise through the night. It was extremely loud.

Really good value, and the woman who runs the place is kind and friendly. She can help out if anything comes up.

The location worked for me: about 10 minutes from the air train and close to nightlife, but there was no music coming through. There isn't much good local food nearby, though Ploenchit market is excellent. The room itself was the dirtiest place I've stayed in during nine months of traveling around Asia. I don't mind old, worn budget rooms, but I had to buy wipes to clean the disgusting main surfaces. The bedding and towels were torn and badly stained, and yellow marks showed through the duvet's rips. The sink pipe was broken and leaked onto my feet, the shower had no holder so I had to keep it in my hand, and the drain was full of hair.

We stayed four nights. The room was okay for what we paid, but the service made the stay unpleasant. One receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. When we asked for more toilet paper, we got a dirty look and a firm no, even though we could see some near reception. I wouldn't recommend the place because of that rudeness and complete lack of service.
