Jazzotel Bangkok

My first stay here was generally good. The bed was comfortable, and both the bedside lamp and air conditioning worked well. The location is quite good too. Breakfast seemed to have more choices this time, though I'd still like to see some dishes changed for more day-to-day variety. I did have a few concerns. The bathroom door had no lock, and after showering I slipped and fell once, so the hotel should provide slippers for the rooms. Since I didn't know the layout on my first visit, a map on the wall would help guests find their rooms. Staff could improve their English, since many guests seem to be from abroad, and give clearer information about services or how to make a complaint when asked. Hotels could also collect tourist feedback through a link, QR code, or paper survey to track service quality. If lots of earlier reviews are bad, it's hard to improve the hotel's image with future customers.

Check-in and checkout both went smoothly, and my refurbished room felt modern and comfortable. It's a really convenient location, with stores just steps away and Ramkamhaeng Night Market and Rajamangala Stadium only minutes by bike. I'd definitely recommend it.

The pool and fitness facilities were good, and although breakfast choices were limited, the food tasted fine. The room itself was disappointing: damp, dusty, and marked with stains on the walls. The main problem was the sliding bathroom door, which wouldn't shut or lock properly. It left a gap, so privacy was an issue and odors could escape.

The room was clean, with well-controlled air conditioning and strong water pressure. Breakfast was decent and had a range of options, and it's easy to pick up food nearby since there's a 7-Eleven close by. Parking is underneath the building. Be aware that they require a 1,000 baht cash deposit.
