The service is really bad, and the management is poor. The owner, an old lady, seems busy with her own business and shows no respect for the people renting rooms. In six months, I only saw the pool cleaned once. They also take a long time to return the deposit. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

What is this place even thinking? The boss will argue with you for more money, and the employee will kindly beg you for money. That’s what it’s like here. Also, children can’t swim in the pool. The pool water is very dirty, and I never saw it cleaned. Please run away.

The fitness room is covered in dust. After swimming, you can’t shower because none of the taps have water coming out. There’s a paper on the wall saying the pool can be used fewer than 10 times a month. Before moving out, I cleaned the room carefully. The lady checked it three times with her staff and still deducted 300 baht for cleaning, even though they couldn’t find anything wrong. The tenancy agreement didn’t mention cleaning charges. She pointed at her chest and said, "It's my policy," then repeated, "It's my own policy." 300 baht isn’t much, but money is money. She also didn’t respect my time. She said she’d come at 11 AM but arrived after 12:30 PM, and I waited about an hour and a half to get my deposit back. She seems to find it very hard to speak politely.

My six months living here were terrible. The landlord and staff were rude, and the service was very poor, although they were always prompt about notices to pay rent. They shouted at me and ignored my calls and messages when I asked them to fix the toilet and air-con. I understand Thai Rental law to say repairs like these are the owner's responsibility, not the renter's, especially when I was paying monthly to live there. I read other reviews describing similar experiences. We work hard for our money and reasonably expect a standard stay, but that wasn’t what I got. This is near BTS Punnawithi, about a 10-minute walk, but I’d still warn people not to rent here. On move-out day, nobody came to collect the key. Two hours later the owner called and shouted at me, saying the broken air-con was my fault, that I was the first renter to break it, and that she’d deduct 5,000 THB from my 7,000 THB deposit. How could that be my fault? I’d lived there only six months, the air-con was very old, and I’d asked her to fix it long before with no reply. She didn’t listen to me and suddenly hung up. Three days later, when I called about getting my deposit back, she still refused. She said she’d have a technician check whether the air-con was my fault and would update me the next Tuesday, 7 Jun 2022. There was no update on the 7th. I kept trying to contact her, but I still haven’t got my deposit back. I believe the rental contract heavily favors the owner and breaches Thai law, even if someone says the agreement can override it. I see it as an unfair contract that could be raised with the Consumer Protection Act board and under the UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS ACT, B.E. 2540 (1997). I’m going to do that. I still believe citizens’ rights are protected by law. Marisa story shouldn’t be repeated, and there shouldn’t be any more victims.
