The large, well-furnished apartments are great value, especially for a stay of two or three months in Bangkok. Mine had a kitchen and everything I needed. The staff member who checked me in was super helpful. It's central to burmungrad hospital, and having two BTS stations near burmungrad made getting to my health check-ups easier. Nana and phloenchit BTS and Central Embassy were also pretty close, as was great food near soi arab.

The floor gets cleaned very well, and the cleaners empty the bins and change the sheets and towels. But they don't wash the bathroom sinks or toilet bowls, wipe the tabletops, or clean the kitchen sink. When I asked one cleaner to wash a sink, he only turned on the tap and didn't use a cleaning agent like vim or scorer. Perhaps the cleaners aren't trained. What a shame.

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and it was a terrible visit. The receptionist was very bad. Please change the person at the front desk. The place was so unhygienic and not worth the money. I'm not coming back, and I won't recommend it to friends. The service needs a lot of work.

In the one-bedroom suite, the building and furniture felt old and dirty. The bed, light, and glass were broken, and the washing machine smelled. It wasn't worth the price, and a lot needs improvement.
