The building is about 8 years old, and the rooms are very large: 40 square meters for a studio, 60 for one bedroom, and 100 for two bedrooms. Prices are extremely inexpensive for Bangkok. It’s a 15-minute walk to the MRT.

The bedroom has plenty of space, though there’s no built-in kitchen. Parking is generally sufficient, but sometimes cars have to double park. Electricity costs quite a lot because of the large air conditioner, and the room gets pretty dark with the curtains closed.

Think carefully before renting by the month. The room is spacious, but the large wall-mounted air conditioner makes the electricity bill very high. Using it for just 1-2 hours a day costs over 2000 baht a month. The door is left open all the time, so there’s also the security issue. Why have a key card if anyone can just come and go? The management staff are rude, and the hallways are run-down.
