The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a lovely shower. There’s no kitchen, but guests can use the dining area to prepare food or eat things they’ve had delivered. The person running the place made check-in easy, was very accommodating, and sent me plenty of suggestions for activities and places to eat. There’s a 7/11 and a bus stop right outside. The Grand Palace and other places are about a 20-30 minute walk away, and it’s easy to get around by Grab. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back when I’m in Bangkok.

A drinking water station or purifier would be a useful addition, especially in Thailand’s hot weather. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. The room was spacious, comfortable, and kept spotless by housekeeping. Staff were friendly and professional, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions and transportation. I’d definitely recommend it.

My girlfriend and I left this morning after four days, and we were so glad we chose this place. The cleaning ladies were lovely, and the hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The staff were amazing and seemed ready to help with anything before we even had to ask. Big love to Ann and her son Arnon, who made the stay so good. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re ever in Bangkok, stay here. We’ll definitely be back.

Arnon and the staff were available at all hours, and the hospitality was unreal. Arnon came across as a genuinely decent person. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are really comfortable. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The owner gave us a warm welcome, offered useful tips about places to visit, and was always there if we needed anything. The hotel was very clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. Nothing to complain about.
