The rooms smelled awful, and WiFi was only available in the lobby. When we tried to talk to the two staff members, they were both FaceTiming friends and barely paid attention. They weren’t helpful, either. We also had to pay 50 baht for towels. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location is at the end of the road, which connects to the mall, Emporium, and Emquartier. For 650 Baht, you can’t complain too much, but the service and rooms were both a 2/5. I booked for a friend and found their first room really dirty, with the bedsheets on the floor. They moved to another room that was okay. If you’re planning on bringing a girl back, there’s no extra charge, and the property won’t hold her ID or take responsibility. You’re on your own.

We were in a fan room with no window, and it was horribly hot. I’d suggest paying for an air-conditioned room. The cold water wasn’t too bad in those circumstances, but there was a big cockroach sharing the room with us. The staff were nice enough, and the area was quiet with plenty of food options nearby.

For the price, I thought the room was a great deal. Mine was spacious, had a terrace, fridge, table, water heater, and its own bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. It was clean and regularly maintained, though guests should do their part and not make a mess. People who say it’s hot may have booked a room without air conditioning, so get an AC room if that matters to you. The staff were friendly, the WiFi was manageable and worked better on the terrace, and there’s a 24-hour mart nearby. It’s also close to cheap diners and restaurants. I recommend sawadee restaurant, which is tasty and affordable. The hotel is a ride away from the BTS station. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place with the basics.
