The rooms were fairly new when I stayed in 2015, and the accommodation was good for the price. The bus stops for routes 60 and 511 are within 300 meters, and the ride to platinum plaza, paladium, and siam paragon takes about 20 minutes. Grand palace is 20 minutes away on bus 47, while Jatujak/Chatuchak weekend market takes about 35 minutes on bus 44. The TV has no English programming or cable, so bring a USB with movies if you want to watch something other than Thai programming. Night staff have limited English. Morning staff are more likely to understand and respond, and Google Translate can help if you get stuck.

Everything else was great, but the toilet leaked a little clean water when flushed.
