There are security guards and a gate, plus a rooftop pool and gym. The building itself is a beautiful, modern condo or apartment, just down the street from Sathorn Pier and the water taxis. The IconSiam boat costs 8 Bhat from Sathorn Pier.

I signed a one-year lease but moved out after seven months. Maybe I was just unlucky with my room on the 19th floor of the N building. The AC kept leaking, and water from the kitchen plumbing flooded into the bathroom for three months after I moved in. My owner and Bangkok Residence Agency were both unsupportive. The landlord also kept two months’ deposit and wanted to charge 3000 thb for cleaning, so think carefully if you’re renting through Bangkok Residence. The Juristic office wasn’t very helpful, but they did support me fairly well. The mechanic came to help clean up when the AC leaked and spoke to the outside AC technician, even though it was already 8 pm.

The apartment is beautiful and it’s a nice place, but there was no air conditioning in the lobby. Unfortunately, the top building door was closed in the evening.
