Right at the foot of Punnawithi BTS station, this is a fantastic condo building. The guards, cleaners, and Juristic Office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the best you'll find anywhere.

The condo towers are very well managed and maintained, and the staff are helpful and courteous. There's a small convenience store between the two buildings. The pool is clean and rarely busy.

Best condo I've stayed in. Punnawithi BTS is so close that getting around is easy, with no worries about flooding or accessibility. It's convenient and secure, and the overall quality is excellent.

One of the area's most beautiful modern condominiums.

Everything else is great. Staff can handle deliveries, and there are tao bin and 7/11 vending machines and other things. But there's still no EV charger. Management has been considering installing one for a year and keeps postponing it, so I wouldn't recommend this condo if you have an EV. Parking rules also feel over the top. If you drive the wrong way even once, they charge a 1,000 THB fine, and you can't park on the white lines. I think there should be a first-time grace period, with a charge for the second offense. You be the judge.
