The location is fine, but the hotel is run down and dirty. Our bathroom looked unclean, with dead bugs smashed on the walls and hair everywhere. The room walls were stained, the window sills hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in a while, and the ceiling was covered in mold. Definitely not worth the money.

The refund was a mess. The accounting woman spoke rudely and asked whether I was from Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, or Vietnam. I felt she was discriminating against me because of my country. She also asked how much I had paid and said she would return 175 THB, while claiming she couldn't refund the 1100 THB I paid through Agoda. I felt she was lying. Another staff member later apologized and refunded me 1200. I arrived at 10:00 am and wanted to leave at 6:00 am. The hotel's usual hours are check-in at 2:00 pm and checkout at 12:00 noon, a 22-hour stay, while my planned stay was 20 hours. I understood I'd need to pay 100 THB for a late checkout if I stayed an extra hour, but I wasn't staying longer. I thought an early check-in and early checkout was fair. Reception wouldn't allow it, and the way they spoke to me was rude.

It's an inexpensive hotel away from Sukumvit. There's no room intercom, so room service is limited. Breakfast is average, with about 3-4 dishes, and there are few halal choices from a religious perspective.

Had a really bad stay here. I don't have much else to say, except I'll never stay again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Everything I encountered was awful.

The room was dirty and dim, with constant noise, and this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The shower head didn't work, and sometimes the door wouldn't open, so we were running up and down. Don't go!
