My View Apartment

The furniture is ancient, rent is overpriced, and there’s no elevator. The area smells bad because of the stagnant canal out front. Save yourself the time and don’t bother.

Mind wasn’t there to greet us on arrival or any of the other days, but her family were great and friendly. The condo is cozy and the pool was right next to our first-floor unit. We had it all to ourselves, though there were only two sets of everything and the place was big enough for just two people. We only found that out after booking. Finding it was hard, even for taxi and Grab food delivery drivers. It’s at the end of a long alley, inside another alley off the main street, and if you don’t know the area well, you’ll get lost. I think Grab blocked my location because it was so hard to find. After our first food order, nearby restaurants stopped delivering here because of the location. Thank you to Mind’s family.

These are good quality apartments with a slightly old-school feel, run by a welcoming, friendly family. It’s close enough to Nana nightlife, but still a peaceful sanctuary, and Benchakitti park is easy to get to.

The family is friendly, and the interior is stuffy but decent. It’s right by the park, yet also at the edge of one of the world’s largest Red Light areas.
