Myhotel Pratunam

Mr. Kong would smile whenever he saw us and give us a ride nearby when it was hot. Ms. Mameaw was always cheerful with our questions, checked in about our day, and joked around with us. Ms. Kate looked strict at first, but was very kind when we asked to change rooms because we needed more space, and she agreed right away. The kitchen team making breakfast and the housekeeper on floor six were also helpful and nice throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back year after year 😊

My family and I spent four days here and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Ms. Mameaw and Ms. Tangmo deserve a special mention for their fabulous service. Hope to see you again, My Hotel ❤️

We stayed for two nights and three days, and the hotel itself was really great. The fried rice at the restaurant was good, the staff were friendly, and the service was great. It’s near Pratunam markets, and I’d recommend staying here. Tor new tangmo 🫰 One thing I wouldn’t recommend is the travel and tours service in the lobby. It’s an add-on outside My Hotel Pratunam’s service. There was an old Thai lady there who seemed to choose which guests she wanted to talk to and help. We kept quiet and ignored the attitude, but as first-time travelers we had lots of questions. We asked for dinner cruise suggestions, and she wasn’t approachable. She said she’d check and update us, but never came back to us, even by our last day. That felt rude. Still, My Hotel was a really great place in Bangkok. Kapunka my hotel, it was a great experience in bkk 🫰🇹🇭

I stayed here with my auntie and her friends, and we all had a great time. Kong and Naphas were especially kind and helpful, and the whole crew was warm and welcoming. We didn’t run into any problems, the service was good, and everything was well looked after. It was worth the money, and we’d gladly stay again. Khop khun kha 😌
