The State Tower By Favstay

The balcony view from the 54th floor was one of the best parts of my trip, and the city looked breathtaking. I also enjoyed the included high tea with that view, as well as the light lunch. Fresh fruit, snacks, and a delicious cake were waiting in the room, which made me feel welcome. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the gym and pool were well maintained. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive from check-in through checkout. I had a wonderful stay at lebua at State Tower and would happily return or recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The rooms, views, and atmosphere at Lebua State Tower are exceptional, and Tower Club makes a stay feel even more special. We’ve been back more than once, and each visit feels like coming home. What keeps us returning most is the staff’s attention, professionalism, and genuine care. We feel welcomed and valued from arrival to departure, completely at home, maybe even more so than at home. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful stay. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

They filmed the hangover here, which is pretty cool, and the hotel has all the amenities and more. The attention to detail was amazing: rooms are cleaned daily, and at night they set up your bed with chocolates and a note about the next day’s weather. Staff were helpful, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. A wonderful place to visit and stay, highly recommend.

The room, hotel look, view, and food were nice, but Lebua has lost its soul. I found more employees with bad attitudes than good ones, including at the front desk, door, and elevators. The room-cleaning staff were amazing, though. Ordering Grab rides to the lobby was always a problem for some reason. At M restaurant, staff kept asking when I’d leave while I was still eating and wanted to discuss the bill then, which felt very rude. They were inconsistent too: they interrupted when I wanted to be left alone, then disappeared when I needed the check. The management is good, but the business around the area feels dead and isn’t flourishing like it once did. Come for the food and view, which are still very good. Don’t stay here.
