I booked three months in advance and paid at the time of booking, but when I arrived, she said there was no room for me. She wanted me to rebook at three times the normal price, so I ended up out on the street. I wouldn't trust these people. That's not how real Thai people behave.

The quality is really poor, though the price is very good if you only need somewhere to stay for two hours at night.

The price is low, the service is good, and the air conditioning works well. The place is dusty, though.

Everyone was friendly.

There's a motorcycle taxi stand at the alley entrance, and the landlady is very kind. The downside is that people smoke in the building, so the smell sometimes drifts into the rooms.
