I was in Bangkok with 9 friends at the end of April, and the staff were really friendly. I met the owner, Shaun I believe, who was polite and accommodating too. The rooms were well kept, the facilities were perfect, and it was a clean, quiet part of town. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Mr. Shaun, the General Manager, was the most attentive hospitality person I’ve encountered. His care and attention to detail made the whole guest experience feel considered. The property is split into two parts around a courtyard, with a cafe downstairs in the front building and rooms upstairs. Each room has its own tasteful design. There are also two cute little family members, Sparky and Airy. Say hi if you see them, they don’t bite.

The place is nicely decorated and fine in itself, but the price felt too high for the location. On our second trip to BKK, we found similar accommodation that cost less and was better located. The service didn’t feel up to hotel level.

The walk from Ari station is a bit long, but there’s street food along the way, so it’s worth it. This is a hidden gem in the Ari area, with friendly people and very clean, well-designed rooms. A great idea overall.
