The hotel has lovely design and decor, and though it's medium to small in size, it has everything you need. It feels like a little hideaway in a busy city, in an area with heritage and cultural atmosphere. The staff are kind, friendly, multilingual, and, most importantly, handle things with care. It's easy to get to most places you'd want to visit in Bangkok from here. I stayed for two nights and would definitely come back for a longer visit soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

There's a good little hotel with street food vendors, a post office and coffee shops nearby. The staff came across as rude. Breakfast was adequate, with eggs every day, but served buffet style and cold. The room had air con, a safe and a fridge. There was nowhere to sunbathe because the beds were under cover. Be aware, I just realized that money has been stolen from the safe!!!

The place feels lovely with all the greenery and birdsong, and we really enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and there was plenty to choose from at the authentic street food. Great value too. Thanks, Uma Residence and staff! :)

The location made our week here easy, with little eateries, convenience stores, and a laundry shop all a short walk away. The room wasn’t roomy, but it was comfortable enough for a couple to relax in, and I liked the pool. Service was good overall. The reception team could have been a bit warmer, though. I’d still recommend staying here.

The room was nice, and this place works well if you’re here for the weekend market. Getting a Grab or taxi took a painfully long time, though. The buffet was terrible, and the pool looked moldy and badly in need of a deep clean.
