The Bangkok Venice Suite

The location worked really well for sightseeing and shopping. Pratunan market, Big C, Central World, Platinum Mall, and Paladium are all about an 8-10 minute walk away. For families, the room was very good: clean, cleaned every day, and stocked with what we needed, including water, coffee, tea, and a hair blower. The staff were the best part. Everyone was kind and helpful to us as tourists who didn't know Bangkok. We got welcome drinks, ice cream, and gifts, which made my family very happy. We're especially thankful to the hotel boss and staff for helping when our agency messed up our late checkout booking. We weren't told we had to check out by noon on Dec. 28, even though our flight was the next day, Dec. 29. The agency had said we could leave at 11:45 pm, but we hadn't been told we needed to be in the lobby by noon. It was the agency's mistake, and the hotel only charged us a small amount for the two rooms the agency had booked. Breakfast isn't a buffet, and they could improve it, but it was good, especially the American breakfast. We'll definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

One of my favorite Bangkok hotels. It's clean, the service is excellent, and there are shopping malls and lots of street food nearby.

They offer traditional wear services. Mild and Nam did a great job with the photography, very professional and excellent. Had a great day at this hotel.

The room was big enough for two, and the shower was good. There are four breakfast options, plus cornflakes, toast, coffee, tea, yogurt, soup, and ice cream. The location is great, right in central Bkk, with shopping, good food, and coffee within walking distance. Staff are nice and helpful.
