The main drawback is the location, which puts you a long way from tourist sights, good malls, and restaurants. The room, though, was spacious and clean, even if a bit dated. Staff were kind and respectful, and the lobby was nice. There’s an acceptable pool, a breakfast spread with Thai and international choices, a well-priced tour desk, and a full supermarket.

I found the Twin Towers Hotel comfortable and convenient, with spacious rooms, good food, and staff who were genuinely helpful and friendly. Things generally worked well, and it feels like good value. The bathroom is the weak point. It’s clearly dated and could use a renovation.

We got a very nice surprise at check-in when they upgraded us to a bigger room. The staff at Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok were kind and helpful, and the service stayed great throughout our visit. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. There’s a 7-Eleven right beside it, and it’s easy to get around Bangkok by public transport or a short taxi ride. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

We were in town for the Bangkok Marathon and had a great stay at The Twin Towers Hotel. The pool and fitness center were inviting and well maintained. Check-in was friendly and quick. Our first room was noisy, but switching rooms the next day was no trouble, and the replacement room was excellent. I’d gladly recommend the hotel.

We spent four vacation days at The Twins Towers. The lobby is lovely, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious, although the equipment in it was rather old. The location also made it easy to get to different parts of Bangkok.
