The location is good, but this place seems intended for long-term stays. There’s a “daily” sign, though when I asked, it sounded like daily rentals aren’t offered. They apparently used to rent by the day before the pandemic. The minimum contract is six months, while a one-month short-term contract may be possible for 9,500 baht instead of the usual 6,500 baht per month. They said payment is by bank transfer, which seems difficult without a Thai bank account. It’s just behind a certain guesthouse, and I was curious enough to ask about it. They explained the rent and other details carefully, though I got the impression they prefer long-term tenants.

The rooms are on the small side and there’s no elevator. Plenty of food places nearby, though.
