U resort Lat Phrao 71

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, but the service overall has been terrible. At check-in, the cashier’s greeting was awful. The blanket was torn and tied together, yet when I complained, staff said that was normal. The most upsetting issue was staff opening my door before the noon checkout time, more than once, without knocking. On one occasion they opened it while I was still using the toilet. The door was locked, so I don’t understand how it was opened. I told the hotel this was inconvenient, and they said the morning shift didn’t know whether a guest was inside. Why aren’t the cashier and other staff coordinating? Another time, they called before noon to ask me to check out and leave, even though checkout was at noon. The bathroom water wasn’t running, among other problems. I know the rooms are inexpensive, but the basic service standards still aren’t good enough. I reported this experience to the management of U Resort Ladprao 71.

My friends and I come here often, and we’ve had very good service. The cashier is polite, always ready to help, and answers questions directly. When we had questions about the items, we kept talking until the reasons were clear to us. The rooms are fairly clean, and if anything is missing, we call the cashier and it’s brought right away. The cashier and housekeepers are friendly. Sometimes there seems to be a mismatch between the morning and night shifts, but when we asked the cashier about it, he explained what had happened. I like that the cashier calls before our room time is up, so we can decide whether to extend or get ready to leave without rushing. If we don’t answer, they knock and check again. They’ve always given us notice, and it feels like they care about their customers. I’d definitely return to U Resort Lat Phrao 71 if I get the chance.

There’s no window in the room, and the towels were dirty and torn. The sheets were stained too. I’m really upset that someone called my room at one in the morning to offer food. People stay at hotels to sleep. Only an idiot would think that was a good idea.

The rooms are clean and don’t smell bad, and staff keep checking them. The service is good too. I’ve stayed in places where the mattresses were still just like a mattress, so if you want to save money, this is a good option. I went after midnight and got a cheaper rate. For Lat Phrao 71, I’d put it at number one. I’ve meant to write this review for a while, and I’ll stay again whenever I get the chance.
