We paid for 3 nights but left the morning after our first night. A strong sewage smell came from the bathroom overnight, and the water pump made a loud, constant noise that kept us from sleeping. We told the staff, but they offered no concrete fix, only a room change if one was available. The hotel's run-down condition also led us to find somewhere else to stay. We expected a refund or some compensation given what happened, but received none. Not recommended.

The bed sheets looked clean and the shower worked. Beyond that, the room felt very worn and poorly decorated, and the AC wasn't very effective. They don't serve food, so don't rely on those photos. I wouldn't stay here again.

The photos are a very misleading picture of V Check Inn Sukhumvit 22. We arrived to find a completely different hotel that didn't match the standard shown. There was no pool, and the place was quite dirty. The floors were peeling, mold covered part of the ceiling, the sheets were dirty, and the furniture was breaking. Booking.com has more accurate photos.

With an Indian boss in charge, you know what to expect. If you need something while his staff are off duty, you're left waiting until the next day. I asked whether I was paying for a faulty unit and expected to handle the problem myself, and he confidently said, "YES."

The service was good, but the room had no hot water, mold, and dirty sheets and pillows with little hairs on the bed. The listing photos and booking sites show a pool, but there isn't one. I wouldn't rate this as a 3 star hotel. If you can spend another $10-20 a night, I'd recommend it.
