The hotel feels a little dated, though the area is quiet and convenient. Cleanliness was about 5/10 for me. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful.

The price feels fair for what you get, and the place is quiet. There’s no mold in the shower, and the water pressure is average. It’s handy for bikers, with a secure open car park, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus shopping and entertainment nearby. The WiFi, though, is very poor and keeps dropping.

The price is low, but it doesn’t make up for the downsides. The entrance is on a dead-end street, so getting there from the main road takes a long detour, even though the map makes the location look central. The hotel feels run down, with worn, outdated facilities. My bed had an old mattress, sheets and a wool blanket. There was no shampoo, shower gel or other usual toiletries in the shower, and I had to ask reception for a hairdryer. The refrigerator was dirty and moldy. Reception staff didn’t seem especially friendly or motivated.

If you just need somewhere to sleep while travelling, the room is okay, though it’s quite old. It was clean, and the hot water worked normally. I didn’t see cockroaches, unlike what other reviews mentioned. The lighting wasn’t great, so we asked to switch rooms, and they agreed. I wouldn’t choose it for a honeymoon or anything like that.
