The staff really made the stay for me. Everyone was warm, helpful, and always smiling, and they made me feel that they genuinely cared. The hotel itself was clean and had a good vibe, with a relaxed, easy feel throughout. I had a great time and would happily come back. Thanks for such a nice experience!

The host was so kind and looked after us like family. Our room at Winnine cozy home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was handy, within walking distance of BTS. Breakfast was good, and there's a menu, plus you can ask for something and the host will try to make it. The building has six floors and no elevator, but there is a suitcase lift, and the host brought our bags up to the room. A comfortable stay, recommended!

A welcoming place with friendly, helpful staff, and I can recommend it. The breakfasts are really good. If you stay long enough, you can probably try everything you'd want to taste in Thailand without even going out.

Our booking was cancelled just hours before check-in, despite my having reserved two rooms and stayed in email contact with Anne for the whole week beforehand. The explanation was an accidental double booking, but Anne later admitted that the other booking, which covered all the rooms, had been made after ours. It strongly suggests our earlier reservation was dropped for a more profitable one. We found somewhere else at short notice, but we could easily have been left without a place to stay. That's not professional, and I can't recommend booking here if you don't want to risk a last-minute cancellation.

The owner was incredibly kind and made fantastic breakfasts in an authentic Thai style. A really nice place if you want to immerse yourself in Thai culture. ❤️
