Finding food is difficult here, especially without a car. The dorm sits far down a secluded alley with no streetlights. The room itself is decent for the price, but cigarette and marijuana smells keep drifting into other rooms. Repeated complaints haven't helped because the manager can't sort it out. Noise from neighboring rooms is another problem, including a couple who argue often and disturb everyone. It was okay at first, but now there are problems everywhere. They should screen tenants more carefully. Electricity costs 9 baht per unit, so think about that too.

The building management is just okay, nothing especially good or bad. The room looks nicely designed, though the rent is 4,800 baht a month and charges are added for everything. Even a bulb that failed from age cost 150 baht to replace, despite us changing it ourselves.

The rooms look lovely, service is good, and the place is quiet.
