My girlfriend and I gave this place 9.5/10, and as an Agoda Diamond VIP member I was impressed. This is my second stay, and I'd book again. The cozy rooms have working air conditioning and shower heaters, plus Smart TVs that connect to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps. Each room also has a regular-sized fridge, handy with a regular-sized 7–Eleven right beside the lobby. The lobby made a good first impression, with mellow morning Bossa Nova and a classic lounge scent that reminded me of a noir film. Staff were approachable and spoke English well. The Wi-Fi suited remote work, and there's a free Nescafe Machine and love letters for guests. A free shuttle goes to most medical institutes/facilities around Phaya Thai. There's no security box, but the place felt very safe, and the staff and security guard were professional. No gym or pool either, though Start-Up fitness is 800m away.

A restful night's sleep, strong showers, and clean rooms made this hotel good value for money. Staff were polite, drinks were free, and a 7-11 is right next door.

I was happy with my stay. The room and furniture were clean and comfortable, and the receptionists were friendly and ready to help with questions or requests. A free shuttle car takes guests to a few places, including Victory monument for BTS. The coffee machine has 12 tasty choices, from Thai milk tee and coffee to chocolate, so kids can enjoy it too. Two nearby local markets gave us a special Thailand experience.

The facilities are pretty good, but the location didn't work well for me. It's right by the highway, and the outside noise kept me awake and typing 🥲 Getting a bolt is also difficult; drivers usually take more than 20 minutes to arrive. Walking to BTS takes about 20 minutes too.

The room was fresh and clean, and the hotel has a 24-hour free coffee corner and car parking. Staff were welcoming, services were good, and the location near PMK hospital was great. There's a free shuttle to and from nearby locations, but the one-time-per-stay limit was disappointing. The room isn't soundproof. A shuttle timetable or removing the usage limit would make the service better.
