Heyha Hotel

The front desk was a bit formal at first, but they tried to help and warmed up after the first day. It’s easy to get around with the metro right nearby, and the hotel is not really out on the city’s edge. If you take Siam BTS as the centre, it’s twelve stations away, which isn’t far. The room was small but fine for two people who don’t mind being cozy, and the location suits exploring or heading out on tours if you won’t spend much time at the hotel. It was the cheapest option I found with a good rating in a district with good food. There wasn’t much food immediately nearby, though True Digital Park is across the road and has lots of choices, just not street food or small eateries. The building felt run down. A dining space sat empty, the lighting was dim, and the furniture was scarred enough to leave flecks of varnish on my hands. The body wash had run out, and the safe was dead or out of order. The air conditioning was loud and blasted cold no matter how I adjusted it, though turning it off and on again seemed to help.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was nothing like the photos, and both the room and bathroom were very dirty. I couldn’t sleep because the air conditioners in other rooms were so noisy. The staff didn’t care. Please look at the attached pictures.

I’m back again and surprised to see the low reviews. The staff are kind, the rooms are good, and the shower is good too. The location is amazing, right beside the train. The AC is a little loud, but it’s good enough. I recommend it.

We stayed on the second floor, where the water pressure was too weak and the shower head was broken. There didn’t seem to be any maintenance, and the service staff’s attitude was mediocre. The hotel quality just isn’t good.
