I was there for three nights in December 2025, and the reviews were right: the hotel needs maintenance and gets noisy. Still, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, and I had plenty of space and outlets. It's a budget stay, and I'd come back. The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly, and I felt welcome. If you're after the tourist nightlife and pubs, the location is hard to beat.

You can't get much closer to Nana BTS station, which the place faces. My room was dated, and the area may be too noisy if you want a peaceful stay. The staff were very helpful: when I couldn't get the hot water working, the receptionist came up straight away to check, then returned to help fix it. Bike and car parking are available, but off-site at NH Boulevard hotel. Good for a short stay.

The building is a little run down, but you're paying for a prime Sukhumvit spot by the Nana BTS elevator, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment right there, not a stay at the Hilton. The staff are courteous and professional, and they let me leave my luggage for a few hours before or after checkout.

The location was good, right by the best BTS station, but the room didn't look as big as it did in the booking photo. My wall was dirty and had a small hole, and the old carpet on the floor held dust. I didn't like it.

The building may be old, but in Bangkok you get newer or older places depending on your budget. For mine, this suited what I needed: the room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location perfect. I'm giving it 5 out of 5. Thanks.
