The convention area was clean and well equipped, and the staff kept things running smoothly even when the crowd got chaotic. Parking was easy, service was friendly, and the whole place felt organized and welcoming. The lobby is bright and modern, with a professional feel that still comes across as relaxing. My room was spacious and stylish, with a big bed, cool AC, good water pressure, and Wi-Fi that held up while I was scrolling or working. It was quiet enough to rest, but still felt connected. Breakfast had a decent hotel mix, including plenty of choices if you’re after sausages and pastries. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service was good. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. It’s outside the city, though markets and other things aren’t far away, and having your own car is better. One night the air conditioning didn’t feel cold for a while. Maybe there was an electricity problem. Very good overall. 👍

The staff made the stay special, especially N’Part, who was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, fresh, and well maintained, and it was peaceful enough to relax. I stayed at RUS Hotel&Convention recently and was thoroughly impressed. The room was large, with a luxurious toilet, a big TV, and free drinking water. The reception was nicely decorated, the staff were helpful, and the lift to the 3rd floor was fast. I saw many Singapore families staying there. The hotel is in a resort in the middle of nowhere, but there’s a guard and security at the driving entrance, so it felt safe. Just drive through. Worth staying here! Tip: There’s no need to buy breakfast in advance. Come down in the morning, see if the spread looks good, and pay 150baht at the counter.

My family had one of our worst hotel stays in Thailand here. The room was dirty and sticky, with a strong odor as soon as we entered. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the overall condition was very bad. The staff also seemed unprofessional. They didn’t even explain where the room or elevator was, and just listened and stared at us or looked at their phones. We speak Thai, so that wasn’t the issue. The service was very bad.
